Postage and packing

Goods purchased using this site will be mailed to the purchaser using the Royal Mail delivery service or for larger items an independent parcel delivery service.

For proof of delivery you will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when delivered to you.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will retain your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges will apply to send the goods back out to you.

Please note the true cost of posting will be incurred.

Returns.

We believe in good customer relations which are important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on all items. Please choose carefully before you buy.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order and subject to our terms and conditions we may exchange it for an alternative product or refund the cost of your order. To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

• The goods must be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions)
• The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
• Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
• Lingerie and clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).
  

Please may we draw your attention to the following:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states in section (13) Exceptions to the right to cancel part (1) subsection (c) for the supply of personalised goods or clearly which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. (d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Free offers will be accounted for if the returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. We will deduct the value of the free offer goods from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please include any free items with your returned goods if the order value drops below the free offer level.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable.

Defective Products

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. You should then return the goods, with all packaging, to Supreme Goods. and we will provide you a duplicate product.
