Not going to be in during the day?

If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet as all orders are sent in strong plain packaging with no indication of the contents inside. 

How long does it take to arrive?

Standard recorded delivery:-
1-3 working days (Although Royal Mail advice 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)

Overnight By Royal Mail:-

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Security and Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown plain nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.

Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box or Jiffy bag and will require a signature.

We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch

International Shipping.

Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex

Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days to most EU destinations. International orders take approximately around 7 - 14 working days.

Returns.

Good customer relations are important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on all items. Please choose carefully before you buy.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order and subject to our terms and conditions we may exchange it for an alternative product or refund the cost of your order (refunds are subject to a £2.95 administration fee). To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

The goods must be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions)
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Lingerie and clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect).

Please can we draw your attention to the following:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states in section (13) Exceptions to the right to cancel part (1) subsection (c) for the supply of personalised goods or clearly which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. (d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
